Miley Cyrus has paid a strange kind of homage to rapper Lil’ Kim with her 2013 Halloween costume – the controversial Pop singer’s dress is Kim’s 1999 purple MTV VMAs outfit.Just Kim, Cyrus’ left boob is also left hanging out with a patch covering it.
