We’re losing count of the number of lawsuits Jay Z faces every year; the rap-entrepreneur’s Rocawear company has been sued for allegedly infringing on a trademark phrase.
HoodLove, LLC says Jigga’s clothing line jacked their phrase ‘Hood Love’ and filed the lawsuit against ROC Apparel Group earlier this month.
Apparently, HoodLove says it’s owned the trademark since 2006. It is still unclear how much they are demanding for but for now, they want the Rocawear apparel yanked off the shelves in stores.
