Kennis Music says Jaywon still owes them 2 more albums



Kennis Music has reacted to a recent Jaywon interview, stating that contrary to the recording artiste’s alleged exit, he won’t be leaving anytime soon.

Jaywon had in an August interview with HipTV declared his intentions to walk away from the label he signed with in 2009. NET in March 2013, reported that Jaywon would be leaving shortly after his contract ends.

But a recent statement from Kennis shows Jaywon will be having a tough time trying to severe ties.
Kennis explains that the Kogi State artiste signed a deal which should produce three albums. He’s so far released just one (Meet Jaywon, 2010)

‘For record purposes and the future, no one on Kennis Music signed a 1 Album deal; however, Jaywon signed for 3 full Albums with only one out (Meet Jaywon)‘, part of the statement read.

Kennis Music says they are not looking at extending their contract with Jaywon.
